THE CITIZEN ROSEBUD
hand-mades * curated vintage
Last Friday I hosted a special sale with the intent of raising money for my upcoming New York trip. I'd like to thank the considerate souls who came out, shopped and showed their support. You have no idea how much it meant to me, and my trip to New York wouldn't be possible without you. A special shout out to the special Sactown folks who showed: the lovely Donelle, and stylist Simone, bloggers and new pals Mary Van Note and Allison B. for stopping by and introducing themselves and kicking down some dough for some vintage scores. And always, a very special thank you to the uber-gorgeous Ann Tindell, who not only rocks in her style but in her friendship. Ann: you are such a warm and supportive friend- I am so lucky to know you! Thank you! And thank you all who sent positive texts, calls and emails. This includes my sweet cousin who came out from Rocklin, but somehow wasn't able to find the place. Thank you!
Hey guys: I AM GOING TO NEW YORK!
Here's a peek inside my private studio at the ThinkHouse. If you missed the sale but would like come shop, it's not too late. I am now accepting appointments for the month of September. And bring a friend! For those who book in advance and bring 3 or more friends, you'll get 20% off your purchase. Email me: Bella@thecitizenrosebud.com and let's set up a time and date for you to SHOP THE CITIZEN.

I am going to be selling some great vintage goodies, host a $5 dollar rack, including a bin of $5 dollar shoes, at the lot sale of the Fringe parking lot, (on 21st between X and Broadway). I'll be posting more information about the event later, but here's the general info:

So glad your sale did well! Did you make the crocheted (?) collar in the first photo? Really love it! You have wonderful treasures in your shop. xxx
Thank you Asesthete! I didn't make the collar- it's vintage and I added a button attachement to the back and a button embellishment up front.
I wish I could come out to your sale again. I had so much fun last time... i'll be in Tahoe, but maybe I can get some friends together and book a shop-date soon!
